Dr. Kim Ide's consent agreement can be viewed below. It has been redacted to protect her privacy.
The consent agreement was accepted by the Inquiry Committee on August 25, 2015; publication was delayed for a number of months for administrative reasons.
Since the events in this decision occurred, Dr. Kim Ide’s registration as a dentist with CDSBC has lapsed and she is no longer able to practise dentistry and may not use the title of “doctor”.
