This interactive online course will provide guidance to help you prevent problems before they begin, and solutions for what to do if/when things do go wrong.

The course takes approximately three hours to complete and can be completed at your own pace over multiple sessions.

Note that, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all online courses are currently free to facilitate​ online learning during this time.

CDSBC registrants who complete the course will be eligible to submit for three continuing education (CE) self-study credits.​
