CDSBC Bylaws
The CDSBC Bylaws are the rules that govern the management of the College and its registrants. The bylaws provide the framework for our day-to-day operations, including the duties and responsibilities of the governing board, committees and the Registrar; qualifications for registration; and the regulation of professional conduct, quality assurance, corporations, and ethics.
CDSBC Bylaws (consolidated February 2022)
The bylaws are dynamic and are occasionally updated by the College. Any changes must be consulted upon and approved by the CDSBC Board before being filed with the Ministry of Health. See the table below for notice of bylaw changes and links to updated documents.
 Amendment to Bylaw Part 2
| Amendment to Section 2.07 of the CDSBC bylaws dealing with the College Board (terms of office of elected board members).
CDSBC requested the bylaw change to extend the term of elected board members by one year, which would provide stability and consistency for governance to successfully support the transition to amalgamation.
